Meet Eryn Bartels, New Property Manager

We are pleased to announce that effective April 17, 2023, Summerhill Commercial Real Estate, LLC has hired Eryn Bartels for the position of Property Manager. She will be taking over the position previously held by Teddy and Ben. 

Eryn is results driven, and uses her exceptional communication skills to facilitate the establishment of strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contacts. Her attention to detail ensures that her properties are well maintained, and the day-to-day operational needs of each property are met. Eryn also brings an energetic work attitude and has strong organizations skills, both of which contribute to successful outcomes for the company and clients. 

For the past 10.5 years of a professional career spanning back to 1999, Eryn has been working as a property manager for two local firms. Eryn started her career in real estate in 2005 selling residential homes in the Twin Cities, and is a long time resident of Prior Lake, MN where she has raised her 2 children as an active parent.
