We have in house capabilities to take on small, medium, or large tenant improvement projects, and we have extensive resources, knowledge, and problem-solving skills for taking on these jobs. We maintain a large network of dependable and capable subcontractors who work with us on these projects who we know and trust, but we are able to resource, and work, with new and different subcontractors as needed.
We enjoy the challenge these projects bring and we are very capable to see these projects through to a successful completion. Finishing a project, and performing final walk throughs, is a satisfying part of what we do.
Our approach is open book and cost plus. Our competitive bidding process is completely transparent, and feel we bring great value to our clients in fully understanding the costs of their project, and we do it in an open, and objective, way.
We are very sensitive to cost and scheduling constraints, for both Landlords, and Tenants, and we are confident our approach yields best pricing results for our clients, but with a high-quality end result. Our experience in tenant improvement general contracting goes back to the 1970s, and it is a space we are comfortable in performing in.
